GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Transport First Line Shift Manager for the Preston Brook CDC. This full-time role leads the transport operation during shift, ensuring safety, service and cost KPIs are met while driving people processes and continuous improvement.

You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00, with flexibility at peak times. Salary up to £37,000 per annum, plus 25 days of annual leave, pension, life cover and other benefits for a positive work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a transport or similar operation.
• Strong HR and people management capability, including investigations.
• Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards.
• Ability to plan resources and produce reports.

Aufgaben

• Lead the transport operation during your shift, meeting safety, service, cost and people KPIs.
• Conduct 1-1s, absence reviews, performance discussions and HR investigations as needed.
• Oversee audits and drive corrective actions to maintain compliance.
• Manage customer escalations and continuous service improvements.
