Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

Duties
  1. Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
  2. Liaising with branches and suppliers
  3. Booking planned vehicle and MHE services
  4. Maintaining vehicle file management
  5. Consumable ordering
  6. Raising purchase order numbers
  7. Processing invoices
  8. Processing fines & penalties
Experience
  1. Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  4. Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
  5. Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
