Job summary

Major Recruitment Oldbury is seeking a UK and Export Transport Administrator to join the busy transport team in Dudley. You will assist in planning and coordinating UK and export transport activities, ensuring goods are dispatched safely and on time.

You will work with internal departments, transport providers and customers to maintain high service standards, while complying with transport regulations and company procedures. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in transport, logistics or supply chain.
• Knowledge of UK transport operations and export processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating UK and export transport activities.
• Arrange external haulage and transport providers to meet daily needs.
• Coordinate trailer availability and prepare trailers for loading.
• Support preparation and clearance of export documentation for customs.
