Job Title: Transport Planner - Days

Department: Transport Operations

Location: Aghalee, Co. Armagh

Shift Pattern

Day shift with 1 full weekend in 4 with a day off in lieu. Some nights on call also.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring and liaising with drivers nationally to ensure deliveries are done on time.
• Dealing with problems such as breakdowns, discrepancies, etc.
• Handover to nightshift.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

• Previous experience in the transport industry essential.
• Knowledge of Transport Regulations.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and workload prioritisation.
• Good understanding of IT, Microsoft packages, and TMS.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
