Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd. is recruiting a Transport Planner for their London Gateway depot. The role follows a 4 on, 4 off shift (06:00-18:00) and involves coordinating drivers, liaising with UK ports to book delivery slots, and using the TOPS system to record drivers' start and finish times.

You will monitor ETAs, reroute as needed, ensure PODs match with jobs, and communicate delays to customers. The ideal candidate has proven transport operations experience and a strong knowledge of UK

Qualifications

Proven experience in transport operations - essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Quick thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Flexibility to meet business demands.
Container experience - desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate multiple drivers daily.
