Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Transport Administrator to support driving teams and keep operations running smoothly at our UK network. You will handle daily briefs, prepare store bags, liaise with departments, and ensure vehicles and trailers are road legal.

The role requires at least 12 months' admin or operator experience in transport, comfort with Telematics, a flexible attitude, and strong time management. You will work 5 out of 7, 2pm–10pm, across 5x8 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ admin or operator experience in a transport environment.
• Experience with Telematics and Transport Management Systems is advantageous.
• Flexible approach to other duties within the transport operation.
• Confident and calm approach to dealing with transport challenges.
• Excellent time and attendance record.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to work on your own.
• Demonstrate high health and safety awareness (ASW: Always Safe at work).

Responsibilities

• Full briefing and debriefing of driving teams to ensure information is communicated.
• Prepare store bags and update store instructions.
• Communicate with departments and support functions for smooth operations.
• Ensure vehicles and trailers are road legal by following defect processes.
• Provide first-line contact for driving teams for queries, breakdowns or incidents.
• Assist breakdowns and recoveries with maintenance teams.
• Provide first-line contact with stores for schedule changes, delays or failures.
• Support other transport functions, holiday and absence cover as required.
