Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc is seeking a Transport Administrator to support a fast-paced logistics operation. You will coordinate driving teams, provide briefings, and update store instructions. The role requires 12 months' transport admin experience and familiarity with Telematics, with a meticulous approach to safety and scheduling.

The position is 40 hours per week over a 4x10 hour rota, on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026, based in Dunstable. Salary is £32,270 per year.

Qualifications

• 12 months' administrator or operator experience in transport.
• Experience of Telematics and Transport Management Systems advantageous.
• Flexible approach to additional duties within transport operations.
• Excellent time and attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Brief and debrief driving teams to communicate vital information.
• Prepare store bags and update store instructions.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth, timely operation.
• Ensure vehicles and trailers are road legal per defect processes.
• Provide first line contact for driving teams for delivery queries.
• Support maintenance and breakdown services as needed.
• Assist stores with schedule changes, delays and failures.
