You’ll work Monday to Friday, 21:00–06:00, giving you your weekends free and a consistent night schedule.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,832 per annum plus a 25% shift allowance. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Coordinate transport operations and route planning
  • Manage admin for Night Network, Specialist, and contract operations
  • Scan freight in/out of the warehouse
  • Support cost-effective use of vehicles and subcontractors
  • Ensure driver compliance and investigate incidents
  • Progress into planning the General operation

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Knowledge & experience of working in a transport office.
  • Experience in routing drivers, warehousing, and administrative tasks.
  • Confident communicator, especially by phone
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of trunking and cross-docking is highly desirable.
