Job summary

Superdrug in Northampton is seeking a Transport Administrator to support daily transport operations, manage driver schedules and coordinate with stores to resolve delivery queries. This role suits someone with at least 12 months admin or operator experience in transport and a keen eye for detail.

You’ll work 40 hours on a five-day rota, with generous holiday and staff benefits, plus training and a friendly team environment at the heart of our distribution network.

Qualifications

• 12 months admin or operator experience within a transport environment (essential).
• Experience of Telematics and Transport Management Systems would be an advantage.
• Confident and calm approach to deal with transport challenges and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support for transport operations and driver schedules.
• Coordinate with driving teams and stores to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Communicate efficiently with departments to relay schedule changes and issues.
• Promote health and safety awareness within Transport and maintain high standards.
