Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced logistics/transport environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily transport operations, ensuring workloads and service levels meet targets safely.
• Collaborate with drivers, operations and customer service to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback, training and reviews.
• Plan workforce resources including shift prep, holidays, attendance, and scheduling.
• Monitor performance, compliance, fleet availability, and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Promote a culture of health, safety, wellbeing, quality and legal compliance.
• Assist with operational and financial reporting, audits and readiness.
