Job summary

Steer is seeking a Traffic Modeller & Analyst to join our London-based team and deliver a broad portfolio of transport modelling and analysis projects. You will work with microsimulation (VISSIM) and other tools, contributing from proposal through delivery and supporting client outcomes.

You will be encouraged to apply analytical thinking and potentially use AI, Excel, R or Python to develop bespoke insights. Flexible and career-growing opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience with transport modelling and analysis across multi-modal schemes.
• Ability to think critically and develop bespoke analysis using programming languages is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CAD-like or GIS tools and robust report writing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical input and support multi-modal modelling assessments.
• Lead work streams within projects under supervision, ensuring best practices.
• Deliver highway and transportation analyses as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
