Are you an experienced Transport Manager looking for a dynamic, hands-on role in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment? We’re a family-run transport company with a growing operation across Ireland and the UK, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to step in and take the reins of our day-to-day logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate transport jobs across Ireland and the UK, managing diverse job types with adaptability and efficiency.
• Manage all FORS requirements including tachograph downloading, driver files, and compliance documentation.
• Operate our Transport Management System (TMS): scheduling jobs, communicating with drivers, managing diaries, and logging key information.
• Take full ownership of transport operations — including long hours when necessary, handling issues in real time with customers and drivers, and staying cool under pressure.
• Collaborate with the team to manage abnormal loads, container work, general haulage, shipping coordination, and on-site logistics.
