Job summary

Vortex, a specialist CIPP rehabilitation contractor, is seeking a Transport Coordinator to support operations across the South of the UK. You will coordinate vehicles, plant, equipment and personnel to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Working with operational teams, drivers and suppliers, you will maintain schedules, monitor vehicle utilisation, and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation while contributing to route planning and efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet planning, or coordination roles.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills; able to multitask.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport and logistics for projects.
• Schedule vehicles, plant, equipment, and personnel.
• Monitor vehicle utilisation and resource allocation.
• Maintain transport schedules and communicate changes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
• Prepare transport reports and management information as required.
• Support mobilisation and demobilisation of projects.
• Represent Vortex professionally in transport communications.
