Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet, planning or coordination.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling systems or fleet management software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Office applications.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: experience in construction, utilities or infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport and logistics requirements for projects.
• Schedule vehicles, plant, equipment and personnel to meet demands.
• Monitor vehicle utilisation and allocate resources efficiently.
• Maintain transport schedules and communicate changes to teams.
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers, hire companies, and site teams.
• Maintain transport and fleet records and compliance documents.
• Support route planning and optimisation to improve efficiency.
• Prepare transport reports and management information as required.
• Represent the company professionally in transport communications.
