Job summary

Staffline in London is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to oversee the multi-drop delivery fleet across London and Manchester, ensuring safety, legality and efficiency. You will coordinate drivers, monitor KPIs and liaise with warehouses and sales to meet delivery needs. The role requires CPC qualification and strong organisational skills, with a focus on process improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Transport Manager CPC (National or International) held.
• Previous experience managing transport operations.
• Excellent understanding of UK transport legislation.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the daily transport operation.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
• Support drivers throughout their routes and resolve operational issues.
• Maximise fleet utilisation and operational efficiency.
• Monitor transport KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with warehouse, customer service and sales teams regarding delivery requirements.
