Job summary

Evri Group is seeking a highly analytical Transport Development Analyst to turn complex transport and operations data into actionable insights across our national network.

You will design dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI, build digital solutions with Power Apps, and collaborate with stakeholders across Transport, Operations, Finance and IT to drive efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-focused role.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Power Apps, Databricks, SQL, and data visualisation.
• Experience analysing large datasets to deliver actionable business insights.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform and wider Microsoft tools.
• Experience within transport, logistics, fleet, or supply chain operations is desirable.
• Knowledge of transport compliance, telematics, tachograph analysis, and fleet management systems (including TACHO master) is advantageous.

• Partner with stakeholders across Transport, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT to deliver business-focused insights.
• Provide expertise, training, and support on transport systems, reporting, and data solutions.
• Continuously drive operational excellence through data, automation, and technology.

We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Transport Development Analyst to join our Transport Development Team. This is a pivotal role where you'll transform complex transport and operational data into actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency, compliance, safety, and cost control across our national network. Working closely with Transport, Operations, Fleet, Finance, HR, IT and senior stakeholders, you'll lead the development of reporting, dashboards, and digital solutions that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the business.
