Job summary

Evri is seeking a hands-on Sales Development Team Leader to drive a high-performing team and shape strategic growth in the delivery sector. You’ll blend personal business development with people leadership to optimise customer engagement, pipeline management and sales results.

You'll coach up to five Sales Development Executives and Apprentices, manage forecasts, onboard new starters, and build a strong, sustainable pipeline across Domestic, International and Fulfilment services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Telesales, Field Sales or Account Management.
  • At least two years' commercial experience within the logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and the SME marketplace.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Effective negotiation, problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to influence and constructively challenge stakeholders at all levels.

What You'll Do

As a hands‑on sales leader, you'll combine personal business development activity with team management responsibilities. You'll ensure your team is performing at its best, maintaining high standards of customer engagement, pipeline management and sales performance.
