Asda is seeking a Transport Department Manager for the Lates shift at Erith CDC. You will lead the transport operation within the department, ensuring goods move safely, legally, and on time, while achieving departmental KRAs and supporting the depot strategy.

You will report to the Shift Manager and oversee scheduling, vehicle deployment, and delivery accuracy, applying procedures and conducting routine checks to ensure compliance with transport legislation and Asda standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with structured transport or logistics procedures.
• Experience supervising colleagues or leading routine operational activity.
• Strong planning skills, including scheduling and prioritising work.
