Job summary

Palletforce Logistics is seeking a Transport Clerk to coordinate pallet deliveries and collections from our West London depot. You will work closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to keep consignments moving, updates accurate, and service levels high.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, haulage or pallet distribution.
• Knowledge of pallet network operations and procedures.
• Experience using a transport management system (TMS) or pallet network portal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily planning and coordination of pallet deliveries and collections.
• Liaise with drivers to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Update transport records and proof of delivery details.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide delivery updates.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records in the transport management system.
