Holiday: 28 Days

Working Hours

• During probation: Monday to Friday, 07:30am 16:30pm (42.5 hours/week)
• Post-probation (45 hours/week):
• Week 1: Monday 05:00am 2:30pm, Tuesday to Friday 12:30pm 10:00pm
• Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday 05:00am 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transport schedules to meet customer delivery requirements
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and external transport providers
• Ensure compliance with legal transport regulations and company policies
• Monitor fleet performance, delivery times, and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate transport records and update systems accordingly
• Support with route planning, cost control, and overall transport efficiency
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a transport or logistics coordination role (manufacturing or food sector experience is desirable)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Competent with transport management systems and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work early starts and occasional weekends post-probation
