The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and allocated resource for UK airport transfers, ensuring they are actioned promptly through effective planning and optimal use of available resources.

Role Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for reviewing event itineraries ensuring all transfers are captured, resource allocated, and passengers notified.

• Plan and schedule airport transfers using the most time and cost-effective methods.

• Ensure vehicle capacity is managed appropriately.

• Coordinate with travel office ensuring all updates are communicated and provision is made for all transfers.

• Allocate driver resource based on available hours.

• Act as the main point of contact for drivers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding airport transfers.

Requirements for the role:

• Valid UK manual driving licence with a strong understanding of UK road networks and transport compliance.

• Well-organised with excellent interpersonal skills, able to coordinate effectively across teams.

• Confident using Microsoft Office

• A motivated individual with a flexible approach to their work.
