Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Transport Coordinator (Days) based in Lincoln. The role offers a permanent 4 on 4 off days pattern, 6am-6pm, with a £30,000 base salary and a benefits package including holiday, pension, and bonus scheme.

You will coordinate transport activity across the supply chain, brief/debrief drivers, update systems, organise collections/deliveries, and maintain paperwork and KPIs. Commutable from surrounding towns.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport coordination / logistics planning in a busy environment.
• Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail for paperwork, systems and KPI tracking.
• Strong working knowledge of driver/vehicle legislation and transport compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-shift transport operations: drivers, routes, collections/deliveries, paperwork and KPIs.
• Based on site in Lincoln, liaising with despatch, technicians, other site drivers and third parties.
• 4 on 4 off days, 6am-6pm.

Lincoln (Commutable from: Sleaford, Newark-on-Trent, Grantham, Boston, Gainsborough, Horncastle, Market Rasen)

Are you a Transport Coordinator looking for a stable, long-term role in a small team, with a clear shift pattern?

Do you have experience coordinating drivers, routes and paperwork in a compliance-led environment?

This is a permanent, 4 on 4 off days-based position with a well-established employer where you can focus on doing a job properly: keeping freight moving safely, efficiently and on time, with structure and routine built into the shift pattern.

You’ll be joining a business that takes standards seriously, prioritises safe working, and gives you the support to stay on top of changing transport requirements while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Working from the Lincoln site, you’ll coordinate transport activity across the supply chain, briefing/debriefing drivers, updating systems, organising collections/deliveries, and keeping all paperwork and KPIs up to date.
