Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Transport Clerk for our site in Wellingborough, United Kingdom. The role is a temporary/ongoing position with an immediate start, on-site hours Monday to Friday, with either 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00 shifts.

You will work with the transport team, use Microlise for planning and scheduling, despatch and debrief drivers, and compile routine reports. Full training provided and on-site parking available.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone communication and computer literacy required.
• Experience using Excel for data entry and reporting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a pressurised environment.

Responsibilities

• Use Microlise for planning and scheduling.
• Despatch and debrief of drivers.
• Collation of statistical information for reporting.
• Staff rotas and holidays.
• Ensure compliance.
