Pay Rate: £27,371.81 + Night Shift allowance

Grade: P

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off Shift rotation 18:00 - 06:00

Location: Allington - ME16 0LE

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking an experienced Transport Clerk to ensure the smooth operation of all transport scheduled activities.

What does the role entail?

In your role, while maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

1. Manage customer proof of deliveries, including scanning/uploading and addressing missing proof of deliveries and returns.
2. Conduct daily briefings and de-briefings with drivers.
3. Ensure compliance with all Company Health & Safety policies and report concerns/issues to senior management promptly.
4. Support all aspects of the Transport Operation.
5. Monitor drivers' schedules on route using Microlise and follow escalation procedures when necessary.
