Salary:£28,911.96

Role Type:Full-time – 12 month contract maternity cover

Hours:40 hours

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to depot operations.
  • Support the team and manager in achieving depot and company goals.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
  • Enter and manage data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Arrange travel, including booking hotels and other arrangements as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, both paper and digital, and file documents appropriately.
  • Assist various sections of the business as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours ‘on call’ rota.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group’s health and safety policies and behaviors.
  • Provide high levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers.
  • Provide cover for the Worcester/Cricklade Transport Coordinator during leave or absence.
