Brakes is recruiting a Transport Administrator to Join our UK transport team at the Aylesford site. The role focuses on coordinating drivers, processing orders, and ensuring data accuracy across KPIs and compliance. You will support efficient daily logistics and report on operational metrics.
You’ll thrive if you’re highly organized, detail-focused and comfortable using MS Office and SAP or other WMS tools, with the ability to communicate clearly and build relationships across teams.
Mon-Fri plus Sat on a rota basis starting from around 10am (40 hrs pw)

As a Transport Administrator, it’ll be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep our transport operation moving. Making a real difference to all kinds of teams, you’ll be the key link between our drivers and our systems – carrying out pre-shift and de-briefs with our drivers, raising purchase orders and inputting key data for site KPIs, reporting and compliance. Deadlines are tight, but it’s the chance to thrive in a role where no two shifts are the same.
