Job summary

Biffa is seeking a Traffic Dispatcher / Transport Administrator to manage day-to-day depot operations, optimise routes, and ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental/O-licence standards.

The role starts early with Monday to Friday shifts, offering hands-on work with drivers and customers, and a focus on improving service quality and efficiency.

Traffic Dispatcher / Transport Administrator

Full Time Contract

Monday to Friday, Start Time: 04:00am

TheTraffic Administratoris responsible for managing the day-to-day organisation of operations in the depot through the allocation and basic routing of vehicles. You will ensure best in class service delivery to customers, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and ensuring environmental and O licence compliance.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Optimising routes and vehicle utilisation to deliver top-class service.
