Role Overview

They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join their late shift team in Stoke On Trent. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our transport services, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately. Attention to detail is a key element of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and manage transport schedules and ensure systems are updated accurately.
  2. Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to facilitate smooth operations from job amendments.
  3. Maintain accurate records of transport activities and relevant documentation.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to transport.
  5. Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  1. Previous and demonstrative experience in a transport or logistics administration role is preferred.
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
