Job summary

Stobart (Part of the Culina Group) seeks a Transport Administrator to join the on-site transport team. You will support operations, register drivers, dispatch vehicles, and complete essential paperwork on a 4 on 4 off schedule, 6:00-18:00.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, trailer tracking, and tachograph handling. The role requires prior admin experience, ability to work under pressure, and solid MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration role.
• Knowledge of Transport and Logistics is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Effectively prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching drivers with all relevant paperwork.
• Checking-in and checking-out registration of drivers.
• Completing key documentation.
• Monitoring KPI requirements where applicable.
• Inputting correct trailer numbers into the tracking system.
• Liaising with drivers on gate procedures and site rules.
• Downloading vehicle and driver tachographs as required.
• Managing Transport System data.
