Job title: Transport Account Manager

Location: Redditch

Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 D.O.E plus commission and company car

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients daily to understand their needs and plan your day accordingly
• Resource suitable candidates
• Write and place effective job advertisements to attract candidates
• Develop and manage candidate relationships within the chosen competency
• Qualify candidate suitability through questioning and referencing
• Maintain and develop current client relationships to ensure excellent service and maximize business opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues to generate revenue opportunities
• Use in-house IT systems to generate candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish for both client and candidate
• Handle client and candidate queries and objections
• Manage contracts of placed candidates and maintain active client relationships
• Ensure records comply with recruitment legislation
• Keep all paperwork and system data up-to-date regarding candidate eligibility to work
• Payroll all workers weekly
• Visit multiple sites as required
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call responsibilities on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays
