Job summary

The Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences seeks a Research Associate in Translational Bioanalysis to join an interdisciplinary team advancing biologics, nanomedicines and advanced therapeutic platforms. You will develop, optimise and apply analytical methods to characterise complex systems.

You will hold a PhD with expertise in bioanalysis, pharmaceutical sciences or related fields and demonstrate strong experience in laboratory analytics, method development and data

Qualifications

• Substantial laboratory experience applying analytical techniques to biological molecules, nanoparticle systems, proteins or advanced therapeutics.
• Experience in method development, data analysis and interpretation is essential.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise analytical methods for characterisation of biologics and complex pharmaceutical systems.
• Collaborate with academic, clinical and industrial partners across projects.
• Contribute to publications and funding applications; support development of new analytical capabilities.
