Job Title: Transition Consultant

Your role
As a Transition Consultant, you are responsible for growing the volume and value of the Photochromic category for Essilor, driven by a branded approach with the Transitions family of products.
Supporting and collaborating with the Lens sales team to challenge customer behaviour and maximise Transitions growth opportunities (for both direct and indirect customers).
To add value and support Eye Care Professionals irrespective of entity or purchasing channel.
Main responsibilities:
Main requirements:
Managing your territory: Understand territory and customers, know products and services, maintain an appropriate call schedule, and manage time effectively.
Managing your Account: Know what drives each account, understand financials and business drivers, identify decision makers, and understand role responsibilities.
Account Selling: Plan calls using a tool to capture notes, ask questions to uncover needs, and have action items and next steps for every account.
Building your Business: Understand optic principles and how products address them, grasp market impacts, and use a CRM system to prospect, forecast, analyze, manage, and grow territory.
Building your Network: Leverage internal and external networks, work with Eye Care professionals, and utilize resources to grow business and personal development.
Company Principles: Understand and adhere to legal, quality, health, safety, and sustainability standards, and embody Essilor values.
Interpersonal Savvy: Build relationships, communicate effectively, influence others, and seek win-win solutions.
Personal Learning: Be willing to develop new skills, adapt quickly, and apply learning to new situations.
