Brook Street is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major business transition on a fixed-term contract (9-12 months) based in Leamington Spa. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage timelines, monitor risks, and report progress to senior leadership.

The role requires strong organisational skills, proven delivery of complex projects, and excellent stakeholder management. Prince2/APM/PMP qualifications are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and manage the project delivery plan and implementation timetable.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure milestones, deliverables and deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Identify, track and manage project risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
• Support project governance and ensure accurate reporting processes are maintained.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Maintain project documentation, records and reporting tools.
• Track ownership and completion of project actions across multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed project status reports for senior management.
• Support change management activities and updates to project plans when required.
• Escalate risks, delays and key decisions appropriately to ensure successful project delivery.
• Work collaboratively with project leads and stakeholders to maintain momentum and drive outcomes.
