Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret complex data from complaints, surveys, credits, compliments and other feedback to produce clear, engaging reports.
• Identify trends and key messages to support service improvement within NHSBT.
• Work with NHSBT colleagues and hospital transfusion staff, contributing to national and regional projects as a transfusion specialist.
• Take responsibility for independent task management with guidance from the Projects and Customer Insights Manager.
