Job summary

Targeted Provision is looking for SEND Tutors and Teachers in the United Kingdom to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners. Roles include in-person, online, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tutoring for children and young people with SEMH/SEND needs, on a self-employed basis.

Applicants should have 2+ years teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, an enhanced DBS, and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD in a trauma-informed approach.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references available or facilitated by us.
• Based in the UK with right to work, including for remote/online roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to learners with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons; give regular feedback on progress.
• Deliver trauma-informed tutoring to support disengaged and vulnerable learners.
