Job summary

Agincare is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager for a brand-new not-for-profit Children's Services Residential Home in York. The role leads and develops a LD-focused service, oversees Support Workers, and ensures high-quality, compliant care for children and young people.

This permanent position offers a salary of up to £58,000 along with a discretionary bonus and referral scheme, plus ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management skills required for a residential setting.
• Safeguarding knowledge and experience with Ofsted regulations.
• Experience in planning and implementing care and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a children's LD residential home in York.
• Lead, manage and support teams of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care delivery.
