Job summary

Analysys Mason is seeking a Manager for Transformation and Value Creation to lead major transformation programmes across technology-intensive sectors. You will build client relationships, manage complex engagements and deliver value-led outcomes while working in a hybrid model.

Reporting to the TVC Practice Lead, you will mentor teams, shape delivery approaches and contribute to business growth across global clients, balancing autonomy with collaboration and professional development.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience delivering transformation engagements for clients across tech-intensive industries.
• Experience in value creation, commercial or operational excellence, revenue growth, cost and margin optimisation, and operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering major transformation and strategic change programmes across tech-intensive industries.
• Building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of technology expertise.
• Managing a diverse range of client engagements across sectors and geographies.
• Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topics to support delivery and sales.
• Controlling and optimising resources and costs in project delivery.
• Proactively inspiring high levels of performance from project teams.
• Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members.
