Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is recruiting an Improvement Advisor to support high-profile transformational programmes across the organisation, Falkirk HSCP and partners. You will lead quality improvement initiatives, coach multidisciplinary teams, and deliver training to build system-wide capability.

The role requires degree-level education with a lead-level QI qualification (or progress toward) and strong communication, analysis, and change-management skills. Some travel across the Falkirk area is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree-educated with a lead-level quality improvement qualification or progress towards this.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience delivering training and applying the Model for Improvement to lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Coaching frontline, multidisciplinary teams in improvement work.
• Experience across health and social care, ideally in integrated/partnership settings.
• Proven track record in innovation, service improvement and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support transformational improvement programmes and projects across NHS Forth Valley and partners.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive improvements across acute, community and primary care settings.
• Build capability and capacity for quality improvement using the Forth Valley QI approach, including coaching colleagues.
