Job summary

Voyage-Care is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead transformation projects and drive digital change, focusing on refining our Microsoft Dynamics platform. You will work with senior leaders to deliver initiatives on time and within budget, balancing governance with pragmatic delivery.

You will bring strong PRINCE2, Agile and MSP/PMP experience, plus exceptional stakeholder management. This hybrid role involves collaboration across teams and stakeholders while enabling smooth readiness

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex transformation projects.
• Proven governance and project-management discipline.
• PRINCE2 and other methodologies (Agile, MSP, PMP) familiar.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects.
• Maintain governance, risks, dependencies and scope.
• Develop and maintain business cases, PIDs and benefits plans.
• Facilitate project boards and stakeholder meetings.
• Report progress to senior leadership with clear metrics.
• Collaborate with SMEs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support business readiness and change adoption.
• Improve PM standards, tools and methodologies.
