Job Title: Transformation Project Manager / Change Manager

Location: Bristol / Bridgwater offices with regular site visits and hybrid working arrangements available

Salary: Up to £350.00pd PAYE (+36 days holiday) or Up to £700.00pd via approved Umbrella

I am seeking a skilled Transformation Project Manager to support and deliver the management of a significant transformation project within a large construction initiative. The current focus is on Quality, and we need a professional who can effectively oversee and drive this initiative to success.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the lead to deliver project actions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement
• Identify and mitigate potential risks
• Track project progress and performance

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in transformation, change management, and updating procedures and processes, preferably with experience managing transformation projects. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential. Experience with multi-discipline EPCM projects would be advantageous.
