Korn Ferry is seeking a Programme Manager with local council experience to lead a new transformation programme in the West Midlands. The role requires taking control of the programme, establishing structure, and driving services to support the change rather than imposing it.

Experience in local authorities, governance frameworks (PRINCE2/MSP), and strong stakeholder engagement are essential. The position is based in Birmingham with a contract of four months and a day rate up to £550 outside IR35.

Qualifikationen
