The role sits in the Strategic Planning & Transformation directorate, acting as the central orchestrator of change across the portfolio.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in portfolio or programme leadership, with the ability to prioritise, govern, and engage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with 5+ years' experience in transformation portfolios.
• Proven track record in managing complex change portfolios across multiple workstreams.
• Strong leadership and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive portfolio plan aligning to corporate strategy.
• Engage senior leadership on prioritisation and resource planning.
• Governance for strategic planning, programme, and project delivery.
• Provide visibility and challenge for investment and sequencing decisions.
