Reports to the Finance Director, Mitie Projects, and is responsible for designing and implementing appropriate commercial and financial controls for a large-scale projects business within Mitie. This role will ensure the successful execution of Project Bedrock, aligning with Mitie's strategic pillars of Projects Upsell and Enhance Margin.
This is a senior appointment within the Projects Division, directly accountable for delivering the programme to the Projects ExCo.
Experience: Proven track record in leading complex projects within a finance or commercial environment, managing multiple senior stakeholders and communities.
Skills: Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, and effective communication abilities. Comfortable working in a matrix environment.
Attributes: High integrity, commitment to governance, and the ability to motivate teams, whether directly managed or virtual.
