Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a PMO Senior Manager to drive the People & Organisation transformation across global functions. You will orchestrate an integrated portfolio, align senior leaders across P&O, Finance, Technology and the business, and translate strategy into disciplined delivery.

You will shape governance, planning, risk management and value realisation, leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance portfolio insights and reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in large-scale transformation, PMOs or strategic portfolios within complex global organisations.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting, risk management and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to operate in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate an integrated transformation portfolio with milestones, dependencies and critical decisions.
• Maintain governance rhythm with leadership forums, steering committees and decision processes; provide sharp materials for executive alignment.
• Leverage data, dashboards and reporting to deliver timely, actionable insights and track benefits and value realisation.
• Establish programme management standards and deliver consistent artefacts, improving tools and ways of working across P&O.
