Job summary

Capco is seeking an experienced Transformation Consultant to join our Banking practice in London, focusing on Corporate & Institutional Banking and Lending. You will lead complex transformation programs, shape strategy, and translate ambitions into tangible outcomes across front-to-back banking processes.

You will work with senior client stakeholders, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to Capco's growth in corporate banking capabilities, leveraging AI-enabled approaches and industry best

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and delivering large-scale transformation in banking
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps in financial services
• Understanding of lending, transaction banking, cash management, or credit
• Familiarity with AI-enabled transformation and risk controls
