Capco in London is seeking an experienced Transformation Consultant to join our Banking practice with a focus on Corporate & Institutional Banking and Lending. You will shape strategy, transform products and journeys, and modernise operating models.

You will lead workstreams, mentor colleagues, and work with senior client stakeholders to deliver high-impact business and technology transformation across lending, cash management, and risk and regulatory change.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex transformation in Corporate & Institutional Banking and Lending.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable transformation roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Shape and deliver complex transformation initiatives across Corporate & Institutional Banking and Lending.
• Lead client workstreams and engagements spanning business, technology, operations, risk, data and regulatory change.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define target outcomes and translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Apply deep domain expertise in lending, transaction banking, cash management, credit, and client lifecycle management.
• Support and mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth.
