About The Role

You'll play a key role in shaping business transformation across our application landscape, supporting Supply Chain, Field Services, People, and Compliance functions across 12 European markets. Your work will focus on improving systems to boost performance, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency.

Combining strategic thinking with practical delivery, you'll help refine business processes, strengthen service reliability, and ensure solutions are effective at both local and regional levels. You'll also guide and support a capable team, working closely with colleagues across different functions and markets.

Please note this role will require some travel within the EU , all travel plans will be communicated with advance notice.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving Transformation

• Lead the modernisation of core business systems across Supply Chain, Field Services, People, and Compliance in 12 European markets
• Identify and deliver improvements that enhance efficiency, elevate user experience, and drive better business outcomes
• Align technology strategies with business objectives to enable scalable, future-ready operations
  
  
  

Team Leadership

• Build and support a high-performing, agile team committed to delivering transformation and continuous improvement
• Set clear expectations, create opportunities for growth, and promote a culture of ownership, inclusion, and shared accountability
  
  
  

Service & Operations Management

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and evolution of mission-critical applications
• Serve as a strategic escalation contact, embedding a learning mindset and operational resilience into service delivery
• Oversee change, release, and incident processes, using SLA and KPI data to drive service excellence
  
  
  

Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to prioritise and deliver high-impact change
• Hold vendors to account on quality, value, and innovation
• Provide transparent and regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities
  
  
  

Security, Compliance & Risk

• Ensure all applications comply with relevant privacy, security, and regulatory standards
• Actively manage operational risks, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
