About the role
As a Service Manager – Operations, you'll lead a team responsible for the performance, stability, and improvement of key business applications across 12 European markets. These span Supply Chain, Field Services, People, and Compliance functions.
You'll ensure technical and operational excellence, support efficient business processes, and drive service optimisation. The role blends technical leadership, process ownership, and team management – requiring both strategic thinking and a practical approach.
You’ll be a trusted partner to business teams, helping to streamline operations while meeting local needs. You’ll also support and coach colleagues to grow and succeed.
Please note this role will require some travel within the EU , all travel plans will be communicated with advance notice.
