Job summary

ISS is seeking a Transformation Lead - Food to drive business transformation across hospital catering operations. You will review current catering processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives from assessment through to implementation within a six-month fixed-term contract.

The role focuses on delivering improvements in service quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while aligning with contractual commitments and the target operating model.

The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, workforce effectiveness, service quality, customer experience, financial performance, and scalability, while ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and the target operating model.

Key Responsibilities

Review current catering operations across the contract.
