Job summary

HM Land Registry seeks a Programme Director to lead the Core Casework Modernisation programme, guiding digital delivery and process re-engineering across the organisation. You will own strategy, roadmap, risks and delivery, directing a 200+ cross‑functional team and shaping partnerships with government departments and industry bodies.

Qualifications

Must hold or work towards Major Projects Leadership Academy qualification.
Experience leading high value, high profile programmes and projects.
Proven drive for digital transformation and modernisation at scale.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across the full programme lifecycle and governance.
Lead a geographically dispersed team of 200+ colleagues and a senior programme team.
Build senior stakeholder relationships with executives, departments and external partners.
Lead organisational change and engagement across the transformation.
Oversee programme budgets, contracts, business cases and value for money.
Contribute at Executive level to the wider transformation agenda.
